Our apartments are of course fully equipped: the apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery, tea towels and coffee maker. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided by us. The apartments also have internet access and TV. You will find the accommodation everything you need for self catering. Our apartments feature a pleasing size, so our younger guests have plenty of room to play!

Cancellation conditions & booking conditions
The prices are related to a stay for at least 7 nights per apartment at night.
As of 01.01.2014 we are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 0.70 € (from 01.01.2016 1.40 €) per person and night for guests over 14 years of age.
For every additional person we charge 10 €/night.
Price conditions
For stays of less than xx days there is a surcharge of € 5,00 per person and night.
The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, W-Lan and radio, electricity and heating, bread service and the final cleaning.
Children:
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.
Pets
For your four-legged family members we charge 5,00 €per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Additional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
For stays of less than 7 days there is a surcharge per person and night.
The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price.
Payment: Please pay cash on site or by bank transfer in advance
Arrival & Departure
Arrival: On arrival day the holiday apartment will ready for you starting from 14 clock. For arrivals after 20 clock we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 9.30 clock.
Cancellation
Until 3 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 3 months until 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 3 days of the total price of your stay. In case of a cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price. Please understand that in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the total price.
To save costs and protect themselves, we recommend our Red Rooster cancellation insurance.
