Whether it’s the breakfast egg from our free-range chickens or the fresh herbs from our farm garden, we use our own farm products to create healthy and delicious dishes.

for a healthy milk
At Pristingerhof, we have decided in favour of mother-cow husbandry. In this way, we want to offer the calves the opportunity to grow up together with their mother cow. To ensure that our cows receive sufficient nutrients for their milk production, they are allowed to graze on our pasture from spring to autumn. In winter, they receive dried alpine hay, which is rich in a variety of mountain herbs. From the fresh milk we make yoghurt, butter, cream cheese and much more. The healthy farm products are a treat for young and old!

That’s the slogan of farmer Josefine and her large farm garden. As soon as the days get a little warmer and spring slowly approaches, Josefine grabs her garden hoe and heads out into the garden. What could you sow and plant this year? Soon the garden will grow to its full. Fresh herbs, vegetables, grains, fruit and berries are used to make delicious fruit spreads, syrups, herbal spices and spreads.
Bee friendly vacation!
Bzzz – that’s the sound of our bees happily buzzing through the Sciliar area. We have decided to welcome this small but admirable animal in our family. In this way we want to promote biodiversity, so that we can still marvel at the beautiful flower meadows also in future.Thanks to our hard-working bees, we can enjoy delicious honey and make candles and ointments from the beeswax.
